Early Childhood Education Class (preschool, kindergarten, early grade school)
This class is open to students as young as 4 years old.
Some parents may be worried that this is too early for karate. However, in this class, we teach children etiquette, greetings, communicating with confidence, and other principles that are vital to not only martial arts but also thriving in educational systems and society. We hope that our students can apply these principles, such as expressing gratitude toward those around them and speaking honestly/frankly with adults and peers, to enrich future relationships and actively engage in their school communities.
Through various karate-related activities designed for younger children, students will also learn how to improve and maintain their concentration, expand their working memory, enhance their observational skills, set and work toward goals, and more! This class is designed to help children learn how to fully switch their focus between training, playing, and studying, and learn effectively, no matter what the activity at hand!
Beginner's Class
The first step to experiencing karate and the first step to becoming a black belt!
It's okay if you have no karate experience at all. We will carefully teach you the basics of karate, including etiquette, posture, how to form a fist properly, and basic stances. The type of active learning that is required in karate training also dramatically improves students’ concentration and ability to apply learned concepts.
Once students are familiar with basic karate movements, they can move on to intermediate and advanced classes at any age.
Intermediate and Advanced Classes
After earning a black belt, a lifetime of karate begins.
In the intermediate and advanced classes, students learn the fundamentals of kihon (basics), kata, and kumite in a well-balanced manner, both sweating hard and pursuing karate as a traditional martial art. You can break through your own limits by developing self-awareness, setting goals, and training step-by-step toward and past your aims.

Events
Summer camps, training to prepare for tournaments, joint training sessions with other dojos domestically and in other countries, and mock tournaments are also planned. Seasonal events such as Christmas, Halloween, BBQ, etc. are also held each year.
